Behaviour-led coaching that integrates mind, body and emotional regulation

Does this sound like
you?

If you rarely give yourself space to talk openly about what’s going on, this 30-minute conversation may be the first step toward feeling clearer. You’re welcome to book one, with no obligation to continue.

You know that your mind and body health are integral to having a fulfilled and long life, but it feels harder to manage it all consistently.

You’re tired of living in reaction mode, but the idea of making big changes feels unrealistic inside your already-full life.

You aren't necessarily unhappy with your life, but you also know you have more to give and achieve.

You’ve lost sight of what you need, because you’re constantly responding to everything and everyone else.

You’re capable and competent — but lately, everything feels foggy, as if your brain is running in low light.

You keep telling yourself you “should be able to handle it,” but you’re stretched thin and not sure what to put down.

About Me

What Shaped The Way I Coach

The way I coach comes from the intersection of training, experience and lived reality.

After studying to be a Barrister I did a 180 to work as a certified personal trainer, working with women to build strength, confidence and resilience through their bodies, including time at The Third Space, Marylebone. Alongside this, I completed a Master’s in Public Health, specialising in population health and behavioural science — focusing on why people struggle to change even when they know what would help.

At the same time, I was my own case study.

I’ve navigated periods of high achievement, burnout, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and major life transitions — including mental ill health, motherhood, loss, relationship strain and hormonal change. Over time, I learned that treating the mind and body separately didn’t work. Insight without regulation stalled. Physical effort without emotional awareness backfired.

What does work is integration.

Understanding triggers.
Strengthening emotional control.
Respecting the body’s limits and signals.
And making decisions from clarity rather than pressure.

That combination is what I bring into my coaching today.

What Women Are Saying

“I didn’t realise how much I’d been carrying until Zoe helped me understand my own patterns. I feel less reactive and more able to make decisions that actually suit my life.”

Police Officer, 40

“Zoe listens in a way that makes things make sense. She helped me notice habits and beliefs I didn’t even know were controlling me.”

Consultant and single mother, 43

“I used to feel constantly stretched and guilty. Working with Zoe helped me see what was draining me and why. I’m clearer, calmer and far less overwhelmed.”

Mother of 3, 35

Why This Coaching Works

If this resonates, you’re welcome to book a 30-minute conversation. We’ll talk through what’s feeling heavy, what you want instead, and whether coaching together would be a good fit.

Many women think they’re stuck because they lack discipline, confidence or motivation.

What’s usually happening is something different.

You’re making decisions from overwhelm rather than clarity.
Your emotional responses are being triggered faster than you can think.
Your body is carrying more stress than it used to — often shaped by hormones, life stage and accumulated responsibility.

Trying to “push through” only adds friction.

This coaching works because we address the real barriers — and we do so at a pace that respects how change actually happens.

Some shifts can happen quickly.
Clarity often arrives early once things slow down and start making sense.
You may feel steadier, more grounded and less reactive within the first few sessions.

But learning to notice triggers as they arise, regulate emotional responses, and choose different patterns takes time and repetition, especially as real life continues to unfold.

That’s why this work combines:

  • behavioural science

  • emotional regulation

  • physical and nervous-system awareness

  • realistic lifestyle context

  • and ongoing accountability

We don’t aim for overnight transformation.
We aim for sustainable clarity — the kind that holds when stress returns, emotions rise, or circumstances change.

Over time, decisions feel less forced.
Reactions feel less overwhelming.
And direction becomes something you can return to, again and again.

Change becomes less about effort — and more about alignment. Your midlife becomes your Second Spring.

Coaching Process

How We Work Together

You don’t need a complicated system.
You need a process that helps you understand yourself, make decisions with more confidence, and feel steadier in your day-to-day life. Each stage builds on the last — giving you immediate clarity, while also developing the skills and awareness that support you long term.

Here’s how we do that together:

1

Get Clear on Your Reality

We look at what’s happening in your life now — including stressors, responsibilities, energy levels, emotional patterns and physical factors that may be influencing clarity.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A clearer understanding of why things feel harder right now

  • Language for what you’re experiencing instead of vague self-criticism

  • Relief from the sense that you “should be coping better”

  • A more accurate picture of what’s influencing your energy, mood and thinking

This stage often brings an immediate sense of steadiness — not because everything is solved, but because it finally makes sense.

2

Identify Barriers

Using my barrier framework, we uncover what’s getting in the way — whether that’s triggers, thought patterns, emotional responses, depleted energy or habits that no longer fit this stage of life.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Insight into the specific triggers and patterns that derail you

  • An understanding of which barriers are emotional, behavioural or physical

  • Less blame and more precision about what actually needs addressing

  • A shift from “what’s wrong with me?” to “this is what’s getting in the way”

Instead of feeling generally stuck, you start to see where change is possible.

3

Emotional Control

Together, we strengthen your ability to notice triggers, regulate reactions and choose responses that support you rather than derail you.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Greater awareness of your emotional responses as they arise

  • Tools to pause, regulate and respond rather than react

  • Increased confidence in your ability to handle difficult moments

  • Practical strategies you can apply in real time, in real life

This is where many women notice they feel calmer, clearer and less hijacked by stress — even when circumstances don’t change.

4

Create Your Personal Plan Forward

We shape a direction that fits your values and circumstances, and use ongoing coaching to apply critical questioning, stay aligned and adapt as life unfolds.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Clear goals that reflect your values and current life stage

  • An action plan shaped by clarity, not overwhelm

  • Decisions that feel intentional rather than pressured

  • Ongoing accountability as new triggers and challenges arise

  • Confidence that you can return to clarity and direction when life shifts again

Rather than chasing a fixed outcome, you leave with a way of navigating change — one that continues to serve you as circumstances evolve.

The Outcome

Instead of setting goals from habit, comparison or pressure, we review what you actually want now, in the context of your life as it is — not as it used to be or as you think it “should” be.

From there, we build an action plan that feels realistic, grounded and achievable because it’s informed by:

  • a clear audit of what’s been getting in the way

  • an understanding of your emotional responses and triggers

  • awareness of your energy, capacity and physical state

This makes action far more effective — not because you’re trying harder, but because the plan finally fits.

If you’re curious about what this could look like for you, book a 30-minute call. It’s simply a space to explore — no pressure, no expectations.

“What surprised me most was how practical it all felt. No dramatic promises — just consistent support that helped me make changes I’d been avoiding for years. Zoe helped me step back and see what was actually going on — it changed everything.”

Everything You Get

When you work with me, you’re entering a structured but flexible coaching relationship designed to support real understanding and sustainable change.

Here’s what that looks like:

1 / A 12-week coaching package with weekly 60-minute one-to-one sessions

I work in 12-week blocks because meaningful insight, behavioural change and emotional regulation take time. Shorter timeframes often create pressure to rush into solutions before there’s enough clarity. This space allows us to understand what’s really happening — and then make changes that actually last.

You’ll have a dedicated hour each week, focused entirely on you. You decide what feels most important to bring to each session, and we work from there. Some weeks that might be decision-making, others emotional patterns, triggers, relationships, work, identity or direction.

2 / A clear audit of your life, triggers and barriers

Early in our work, we take time to understand your current reality — mentally, emotionally and physically. We identify the patterns and barriers that have been getting in the way, so we’re not working from guesswork or pressure.

3 / Evidence-based insight and practical tools

Our sessions draw on behavioural science, emotional regulation, physical wellbeing understanding and lived experience. You’ll leave sessions with practical tools to apply in your life between sessions — not homework for the sake of it, but actions that fit your real circumstances.

4 / Turning insight into action

As clarity builds, we review goals and direction from a much more grounded place. Together, we translate insight into an action plan that makes sense for you — and then refine it as life unfolds. This is not a fixed plan, but a responsive one we adjust together.

5 / A coaching relationship with challenge and support

You remain in control of the agenda, but I act as a critical friend — supportive, honest and willing to challenge patterns that keep you stuck. The aim is not comfort or pressure, but clarity.

Between sessions, you can contact me to share significant reflections, positive moments, or when you need accountability around something important. This support is there for meaningful moments — not day-to-day processing — so that our work remains focused and effective.

Where helpful, I can review and advise on movement, exercise or physical routines, and signpost trusted women’s health or hormonal resources. This is always integrated into the wider coaching work, never treated as a standalone fix.

The Outcome?

This is not fitness coaching.
It’s not therapy.
And it’s not about fixing yourself.

It’s about understanding what’s been shaping you, strengthening your ability to respond rather than react, and moving forward with clarity — supported by both your mind and your body.

If you’d like to experience this work, you can book a 30-minute coaching conversation with me. No pressure to commit — just space to talk, explore what’s going on, and see whether ongoing coaching feels right for you.

Coaching Package

Start Putting Yourself First

Most women don’t struggle because they’re incapable — they struggle because life is full, and it’s easy to keep putting themselves at the bottom of the list.

If you know you want support, don’t wait for the “perfect moment.”
It rarely comes. Life stays full. Work stays demanding. Family keeps needing you.

This coaching is here to give you clarity now, not once everything quietens down.

I only take on a small number of 1:1 clients at any one time so I can give each woman the depth of support she deserves.
If you feel this could help you, you’re welcome to book a call and see if we’re the right fit.

It’s a gentle commitment — but it is a commitment.
And it can change the way the next chapter feels.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing what to change — it’s having a safe place to think it through.
If you’d like that space, you can book a 30-minute coaching session with me.
We’ll look at what’s feeling overwhelming, what you want for yourself, and whether this coaching process would support you.
There’s no pressure to commit afterwards — just an honest conversation to help you find clarity.

Is This Right For You?

This coaching is for women who are capable, thoughtful, and often hard on themselves — women who don’t need a complete reinvention, just a clearer, steadier way forward.

This is not for you if…

  • You’re looking for a quick fix, a dramatic life overhaul, or overnight motivation.

  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do rather than help you learn to trust your own decisions.

  • You’re not willing to reflect, be honest with yourself, or look at your patterns with curiosity.

  • You expect change without putting any time or mental energy into the process.

  • You want high-intensity, high-pressure coaching — this is not that.

  • You’re currently in a crisis that requires clinical intervention rather than coaching support.

This is for you if…

  • You’re in your 30s or 40s and feel pulled in every direction — work, family, ageing parents, your own health — and you want space to think clearly again.

  • You’ve achieved a lot on paper but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what the “next chapter” should look like.

  • You’re tired of trying to work harder, be more disciplined, or fix everything alone.

  • You want a grounded, behaviour-led approach — not hype, not perfectionism, not being told to “rewrite your entire life.”

  • You’re someone who reflects, reads, thinks deeply… and you’re ready for support that matches that depth.

  • You don’t want to burn everything down; you want to move forward in a way that feels steady, realistic and true to you.

You’re welcome to book a 30-minute call to see if this feels like a good fit.

A Coaching Partnership You Can Trust

Choosing a coach is a commitment — of your time, your energy and your hope for meaningful change. I take that seriously, and I want this process to feel safe, supported and grounded from the start.

Here’s what I guarantee when we work together:

1. A Clear-Fit Start — or We Don’t Continue

Our discovery call is designed to ensure we’re the right fit for each other.
If either of us feels the coaching isn’t aligned, we simply don’t proceed.
No pressure. No obligation.
Just clarity.

2. A Process That Creates Movement — Guaranteed

I can’t promise a specific life outcome, but I can guarantee this:
After each session, you will leave with:

  • clearer understanding of what’s getting in your way

  • grounded, actionable steps to move forward

  • a sense of relief, direction and momentum

If at any point you feel you aren’t gaining clarity or traction, we’ll adjust the approach immediately.

3. Expert Support You Can Rely On

You receive my full commitment as a coach — grounded in behavioural science, women’s wellbeing, public health training and performance coaching.
I guarantee I will always provide:

  • thoughtful, research-informed tools

  • consistent, personalised feedback

  • a steady, safe space to think clearly

4. A Commitment-Based Refund

If you show up, follow through on the work we agree on, and you still feel no meaningful shift in clarity or direction, I will refund your investment.
This is a partnership — and I stand behind the process we commit to together.

Your Questions Answered

Will this work if I’m already overwhelmed?

What if I’m not sure what I want yet?
You don’t need certainty to begin. Part of the work is uncovering what actually matters to you.

What if something comes up and I fall behind?
The work adapts. Life is allowed to be messy — you won’t be “behind.”

What makes this different from therapy or generic coaching?
This combines behavioural science, reflective tools and real-life application. It’s practical, grounded, and focused on decision-making in the life you have right now.
